Chinese-American Reproductive Ethics Alliance

Building Fair and Ethical Standards in Reproductive Medicine

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to build a family.

โ€‹CARE is a non-profit organization uniting surrogacy agencies, attorneys, and fertility professionals to create transparent, inclusive, and ethical reproductive standards — grounded in ASRM and FDA regulations.

Ethics

Why CARE Was Founded๏ผŸ

We Exist to Provide:

The surrogacy industry continues to grow, but ethical standards have not always kept pace. Many organisations,  including SEEDS, have contributed to important discussions about surrogacy ethics. However, CARE was founded to broaden that dialogue and include professionals from all backgrounds, especially Chinese-American and international experts.

We believe that true ethics come from fairness, transparency, and respect for diversity, not from any single business model or interest group.

Our Mission

CARE’s mission is to promote scientific, lawful, and inclusive ethical standards in assisted reproduction.

Alignment with ASRM surrogacy standards and FDA regulations

Transparent, evidence-based practices across all fertility services

Respect for cultural diversity and equal opportunity

Collaboration among professionals to ensure integrity and accountabilit
